Scandinavian Hospitality's first urban property now available in Stockholm
Scandinavian Hospitality has added Vyn - Penthouse Suite to its collection — the company's first property in central Stockholm. The nearly 1,200-square-foot penthouse sits in the heart of Stockholm, minutes from Stureplan, offering two bedrooms, a private elevator, and a 540-square-foot terrace with views across the city.
The suite is designed for guests who want the privacy of a home with the service of a hotel. A concierge team is available 24/7. The kitchen comes pre-stocked based on guest preferences. Daily housekeeping, a private chef, in-suite massages, and a driver can all be arranged.

The penthouse spans two floors. The entrance level holds an open kitchen with Smeg appliances, dining area, living room, and terrace access. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a king-size bed. A steam sauna, floor-to-ceiling windows, Sonos sound system, and Samsung The Frame TV complete the setup. Luxury linens and Byredo bathroom amenities are included throughout.The location is central: walking distance to the Royal Swedish Opera, Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, and Stockholm Concert Hall. Stureplan's restaurants and nightlife are a few minutes on foot.
Vyn - Penthouse Suite is available for booking year-round with a minimum three-night stay. The property marks Scandinavian Hospitality's expansion beyond the archipelago into Stockholm's urban core
