I grew up spending summers in the Stockholm archipelago and winters in the mountains of Åre. These places aren't just destinations to me — they're home. The quiet islands where mornings begin with a swim from the dock. The alpine slopes where snow holds into spring. The coastlines where light shifts with every hour.
When I founded Scandinavian Hospitality in 2020, it was to share these places with travelers who want more than a hotel can offer, and to do it properly.
I spent two decades in luxury hospitality — Nobis Hospitality Group, Grand Hôtel Stockholm, and other establishments where exceptional service was expected. I learned what great hospitality requires: attention to detail, seamless coordination, genuine care for the guest experience. But I also saw what hotels couldn't provide: the privacy of a home, outdoor space that's yours for the week, a kitchen that inspires, the freedom to set your own rhythm.
We're here to bridge that gap.

A simple idea, executed properly. Personal check-ins, hotel-grade linen, Byredo amenities, pre-stocked kitchens, private chefs, and a concierge team that handles whatever you need, before you think to ask.
The homes came first — carefully selected across the Stockholm archipelago, the mountains of Åre and Sälen, and the coastlines of the south. The service followed naturally.
Scandinavian Hospitality was founded in 2020 with a clear conviction: that the best stay of your life can happen without a reception desk. That a home, in the right hands, can offer something a hotel simply cannot.
