Scandinavian Hospitality has launched Grand House Stockholm — the company's first dedicated city property, extending the same approach found in its collection of island and coastal villas to central Stockholm. Grand House comprises two penthouse suites: The Penthouse, a two-bedroom residence spanning 110 square meters, and The Grand Residence, a four-bedroom penthouse of 120 square meters. Both include private elevator access, expansive sun terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views across Stockholm's skyline.

The properties sit within walking distance of Stockholm's best restaurants, boutiques, cultural institutions, and waterfront — offering direct access to the city while maintaining the privacy and discretion expected across the collection. Amenities include a steam sauna, Technogym equipment, Smeg kitchens, Byredo amenities, and hotel-grade linens throughout. The two suites can be booked independently or together for larger groups of up to 13 guests.
Grand House Stockholm is available for year-round bookings with a three-night minimum stay and can be found under All Properties on the Scandinavian Hospitality website.
