The gardens lead directly to a private dock and 200 metres of coastline. A large outdoor patio with a generous dining table and lounge set is well positioned for summer evenings and spring and autumn sunsets. A private tennis court sits to the left of the villa. Hiking paths wind through the surrounding forest and coastline, offering easy access to nature directly from the property.
Villa Sommarbris is located in Stenungsund on Sweden's west coast, 45 minutes north of Gothenburg by car and approximately two hours and 45 minutes south of Oslo. The property sits in a secluded coastal cove with forest on all sides and 200 metres of private shoreline. Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is approximately one hour by car.
