A private terrace extends directly onto Mahraviken, an enclosed bay forming part of the Baltic Sea, fenced at its inlets to keep the estate's wildlife within the reserve. The view stretches uninterrupted across the bay — no neighbours, no passing traffic, no public access. An outdoor jacuzzi sits on the terrace, positioned to take in the bay and the long Nordic evenings. A sauna completes the relaxation area within the villa. The surrounding nine-square-kilometre reserve is yours to walk, with quiet paths leading through forest, meadow, and shoreline. Bison, fallow deer, red deer, and birds of prey move through the landscape at their own pace, undisturbed by the rules of public right of access that govern the rest of Sweden. Days here are made for slow mornings on the terrace with coffee, long walks through the reserve in the afternoon light, and evenings in the jacuzzi as the bay turns still and silent.
Lily Croft is located four kilometres from Eriksberg's main courtyard, accessible by private road within the reserve. The property is certified to meet international security requirements for VIP guests, including full perimeter protection across the nine-square-kilometre reserve where public right of access does not apply. Guests may arrive by car, or directly by helicopter. Private transfers from Ronneby Airport are available on request. Ronneby Airport is 25 minutes by car. Stockholm Arlanda is 55 minutes by air.
