The main house brings together a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas, with air conditioning throughout and a built-in speaker system that carries music from room to room and out onto the terraces. A breakfast terrace sits just outside the kitchen for slow mornings, while the main terrace holds a large dining table for gathering the full group. Several lounge areas, indoors and out, invite long afternoons. The heated orangery, planted with wine grapes and herbs, doubles as a setting for lunch or evening drinks whatever the weather.

Four bedrooms across two houses, with two king-size beds and two bunk beds. The main house has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk room, served by a bathroom with shower. The guest house offers one king-size bedroom and a bunk room, with its own bathroom and shower. Each bathroom has a shower. The guest house sits in natural shade, keeping it cool through summer. Premium linen and towels throughout.

The outdoor space defines Villa Benjamin, and few spots capture it better than the hammock set against open-water views, the kind of place where an afternoon slips away. Several terraces step through the property, from the breakfast terrace by the kitchen to the main terrace with its large dining table, and a small two-person terrace set right on the edge of the cliff for uninterrupted views over the sea. A built-in speaker system runs throughout, indoors and out. The sauna sits by the water, with a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water close by. A large private jetty and private beach open directly onto the sea. The heated orangery, planted with wine grapes, herbs, and flowers and wired for music, is a destination in itself. A charcoal barbecue is set up for grilling, a trampoline waits for younger guests, and simple gym equipment is on hand for those who want to stay active.

Villa Benjamin sits on a clifftop in the Stockholm archipelago, facing open water yet easily reached by car. Stockholm city is approximately 45 minutes away, and Arlanda Airport around one and a half hours. A supermarket and larger shops are 15 minutes by car, and Siggesta Gård is about 20 minutes. From the private jetty the wider archipelago opens up by boat: Grinda is around 20 minutes, Svartsö about 30, and Sandhamn roughly 40.
