Five bedrooms organised across three suites, each with its own bathroom and lounge furniture. The master suite on the ground floor has a king-size bed and sits adjacent to the sauna, both facing south over the mountains. On the top floor, two suites each contain two bedrooms and one bathroom — the third and fourth bedrooms have queen-size beds; the fourth and fifth have a small double and a single bed. Four single beds in total across the upper suites. Three full bathrooms and one separate WC. All made up with luxury linen, towels, bathrobes, and Byredo bathroom amenities.
Ski-in ski-out access connects directly to the slopes of Edsåsdalen for more advanced skiers. A sauna for up to eight and a jacuzzi offer year-round outdoor wellness. The surrounding wilderness is exceptional in both winter and summer — cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails in winter; hiking, mountain biking, and guided nature excursions in summer. Åre Nature Adventures, a partner of the villa, offers guided experiences from moose safaris and gastronomic hikes to dog sledding and Northern Lights tours.
Villa A-Frame is located in Edsåsdalen, approximately 20 minutes by car from Åre centre and its surrounding ski slopes. The village sits within an untouched mountain landscape with easy access to wilderness trails, waterfalls, and year-round outdoor activities. Åre Östersund Airport is approximately one hour by car.
